This policy explains how Hong Kong HaXing Network Technology Limited handles information for the RideHub customer app, Pickdock merchant operations app and related web services.

Company and Products

RideHub and Pickdock are operated by Hong Kong HaXing Network Technology Limited. RideHub is designed for bike/e-bike rental customers. Pickdock is designed for merchants, stores and staff who manage rental operations.

Information We May Collect

Depending on the app and features used, we may process account details, phone number or email address, login records, rental orders, pickup and return records, payment status, support messages, merchant and store records, staff account data, inventory records, bike/e-bike asset codes, QR scan records, device information, approximate or precise location where enabled, Bluetooth or IoT control logs, crash diagnostics and security logs.

Permissions Used by the Apps

Location may be used to show nearby rental locations, support pickup or return workflows and improve operational safety. Camera may be used to scan QR codes for stations, orders or bike/e-bike assets. Bluetooth or local network access may be used where supported to connect with locks, trackers or other rental equipment. Push notifications may be used for order status, pickup, return, security and merchant workflow updates.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate bike/e-bike rental services, create and manage orders, support payments and payment status, verify pickup and return workflows, manage merchant operations, bind assets, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with merchants involved in a rental order, payment processors, hosting and cloud providers, analytics or crash diagnostic providers, map or notification providers, professional advisers or authorities when required by law. These parties are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose.

No Third-Party Advertising Tracking

RideHub and Pickdock are business and rental operation apps. We do not use personal information to sell third-party advertising, and we do not sell user data to data brokers.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, security, dispute handling, merchant operations and legal compliance. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account and personal information by contacting developer@hbanole.com. Some records may need to be retained for completed orders, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety or legal compliance.

Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child where parental consent is required, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International Transfers

We may process and store information in Hong Kong or other regions where our service providers, merchants or infrastructure operate. Where applicable, we take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this policy.
