RideHub helps customers rent bikes and e-bikes. Pickdock helps merchants and staff manage orders, assets, pickup, handover and return workflows.

Please include your order number, registered phone or email, rental location and a short description of the issue. If the issue involves a specific bike/e-bike, include the asset code when available.

For Pickdock Merchants and Staff

Please include your merchant or store name, staff account email, order number or asset code, and the workflow where the issue happened, such as pickup, asset binding, handover, return or inventory management.
